I am looking into purchasing a boat with a beam of 13'. I already have a trailer and found a F550 can take the weight of 15k but my concern is if the boat is to wide? I know others towing larger 40' boats to FL for racing but this is a cruiser that I am buying and believe it is wider then a outerlimits type boat.
Correction- It is a 13.9' beam so almost a 14' hight.

Bought a boat a while back and never noticed the size on my title said it was a 15' when the boat is actually a 18'. There are no id numbers on boat, its a 1970. Can they change the size on title if I put the id numbers on boat from title or? Not sure what avenue to take because the owner of the boat is no where to be found now. Any info will help. I reside in Florida.
